In silico PCR-RFLP

For simulation of PCR-RFLP, in next step strain, primers and
endonucleases will be selected. The system will PCR amplify
the selected genome and simulate the restriction of amplicons.
Finally, gel electrophoresis is simulated.
Experiments against user's sequences may be simulated.
